4/11/24 – This is an extremely scarce SA holster for a Sauer 38h. The holster has the SA logo on the front leather and is AKAH maker stamped under the closure strap. As seen in the photos the closure strap is torn but could easily be replaced, there was also was a large gouge in the backside of the holster that appears to have been sealed shut and “repaired.” Other than the torn closure strap and the gouge taken out of the back of the holster the leather is in excellent condition and has minimal pliability. The initials “R.B.” are lightly scratched into the leather belt loop on the backside of the holster. The stitching is excellent and all original. The interior leather still has the original SAUER ink stamp. Also the shape of this holster is different from most SA holster examples, as most were made for the Walther PP, and there are far less SA Sauer 38h pistols. A great and scarce piece of history. Priced to sell.
