3/27/24 – This is a minty example of an Australian Lithgow SMLE Mk III* Rifle, manufactured in 1942. The gun is all matching and has the proper military proofs. No import marks. The stock is also matching and has crisp markings on the right side of the butt stock. The metal parts have retained nearly all of their parkerized finish with just hints of high edge wear and some very light surface scuffs here and there. Excellent wood furniture. Stone-mint bore.
