02/12/2024 – For sale is a clean K98k made by the Mauser Oberndorf factory in 1939. This example is in great shape for its age and the bluing on the metal is clean without a lot of major finish loss. The rifle is matching throughout but has mismatched action screws on the bottom and the stock has been sanded to the point where the serial is not visible. The bore is in great shape and is very bright until the last 5 inches becomes frosted over.
