1/9/24 – This is a Marlin Model 94 lever action rifle from the early 1900’s, chambered in .25-20. This is a functional firearm but was used as a movie prop, as evidenced by several Warner Brothers Property markings and “314” prop numbers on the wood stock. We have no other information on the gun’s history. The metal parts have all been refinished with virtually no actual finish loss. Excellent wood furniture. The rifling in the bore is decent, but there is pitting throughout. Fully functional with smooth action.
