7/10/24 – This is a Mauser Luger issued to the German military in 1939. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 655” military acceptance proofs. It comes as a rig with a nice 1939-dated holster, an un-marked Luger tool, and one original matching-numbered magazine. The gun itself has retained roughly 75% of its original finish. There are areas of wear on the grip straps, along the barrel, on the side plate, and on the high edges in general. Some spotty oxidation along the barrel as well. Excellent wood grips that are numbered but not matching. The bore has decent rifling, but there is spotty freckling throughout.
