10/19/23 – This is an excellent Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1937. This is a first variant with straw-colored small parts. All matching with the proper “Eagle 63” military acceptance proofs. The bluing rates about 95% with minor high edge wear in general and minor wear at the base of the grip straps. Unfortunately, the side plate is slightly bent along the top edge. Excellent matching-numbered wood grips. Comes with a mismatched “Eagle 63” magazine. Very nice bore with good rifling.
