10/6/23 – This is a nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching with a completely intact Imperial mum stamp on the receiver. It comes with a dust cover (not matching), bayonet (with rubberized canvas scabbard), and a monopod. The finish rates roughly 85% with general high edge wear and areas of thinning throughout. Some minor pin-pricking on the receiver and floor plate. The stock has a repaired crack around the wrist, and there is a noticeable gouge on the right side of the wrist. Mint bore.
