10/9/23 – This is a great and original condition Hackman & Co bayonet with scabbard. The blade has minor speckling of patina with no rust or pitting. The edge has not been sharpened. Ricasso is maker-stamped. The cross guard and pommel have an honest wear patina, with the cross guard having minor side-to-side play. Wood grips show age with a couple of tiny chips. Serial number under the handle reads S20975. The scabbard has minor patches of surface rust but retains almost all of its original finish.
