10/5/23 – This is a nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching and has a fully intact Imperial mum stamp on the receiver. It comes with an original bayonet, scabbard, leather frog, monopod, dust cover (not numbered), an original hang tag on the trigger guard, and a rare rubberized canvas sling. The gun has retained nearly all of its bluing, but there is spotty oxidation and surface rust throughout. The wood shows the typical signs of wear with no major damage. Mint bore.
