9/6/23 – This is a commercial Colt Government Model 1911A1 from 1929. It has a nice profile but the majority of the finish loss is on the front strap. Original blue rates around 85%. Proper, polished commercial Colt barrel. Slide is serialized to the frame. Excellent wood grips with no defects. Unmarked mag. Bore shows light frost.
