8/8/23 – This is a nice example of a Steyr-Hahn Model 1911 issued to the Austrian military in 1912. All matching with the proper Austrian proofs. This one has no “09” marking on the slide, meaning it has not been converted. It has retained roughly 80% of its original finish. The majority of the wear is concentrated on the grip straps, around the muzzle, and along the high edges of the slide. Some areas of very light spotty oxidation here and there. Fitted with nice period-correct wood grips. The bore has pretty good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
