8/16/23 – This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Victory revolver from WW2. It is matching and has British military proofs, indicating it was part of the Lend-Lease Program between the US and England. The top strap is “United States Property” marked, and the butt of the frame has a “GHD” military inspection stamp and a flaming bomb proof. It comes with an excellent modern leather holster. The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original parkerized finish. There is general minor high edge wear, some light surface scuffs here and there, and a few small spots of dark discoloration on the left side of the frame. Fitted with correct wood grips – the right panel is numbered and matching. Bruising on both sides. Mint bore.
