6/27/23 – This is an original 1944 dated soft shell style P.38 holster. The holster is all original and in very good overall condition. The back belt loops have been repaired and re-stitched at the top of each loop, as shown in photos. The back leather is P.38 stamped, waffen military proof stamped, maker code stamped “bla” and 1944 date stamped. The leather is soft and pliable with use wear and aging throughout.
