5/25/23 – This is an original WW2 German Army dagger manufactured by PUMA. The dagger blade is in very good overall condition with some light surface speckling throughout, as well as some typical surface scratching and scabbard rub wear. The base of the backside of the blade has a PUMA maker marking, which is somewhat faded but still visible. The eagle hand guard is excellent with traces of original finish still intact. There’s high edge wear and patina throughout as well. The pommel is also excellent with standard high edge wear. The beige colored grip has no cracks or chips. Comes with an original scabbard that has no dents, but one of the belt rings / loop fittings is missing. There’s also general surface discoloration throughout as shown.
