5/25/23 – This is an excellent example of a Smith & Wesson Model 38 revolver, chambered in .38 Special. 2″ barrel. It comes with its original matching-numbered box. The gun itself has a really nice nickeled finish and shows very little sign of wear. There are micro-scratches here and there, a small dot of discoloration on the left side of the frame, a very light roll mark on the cylinder, and a light scuff on the butt of the frame. Fitted with very nice hand-checkered wood grips. Mint bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is smooth.
