5/22/23 – This is an original SA Dagger with a ground-off Rohm inscription from WW2. The dagger features an “Alles fur Deutschland” inscription on one side, and the reverse has light scratching and rub wear indicative of a professionally ground Rohm inscription. Another indicator that this was once Rohm inscribed is the location and size of the Eickhorn maker stamp. This stamp is slightly smaller than usual and located very close to the cross guard. Overall the blade has light speckling patina and oxidation as well as some light surface scratches and scabbard rub wear. The cross guards are both solid nickel and non-magnetic. The lower hand guard is stamped “B” as shown. The wood grip has a few small cracks and a mild chip on the front near the lower crossguard, as shown in photos. Comes with a painted scabbard, which is an original WW2 production example.
