5/12/23 – This is an original Swiss M1914 Pioneer Sawback Bayonet, complete with an original scabbard. The blade is in near-excellent condition with the only notable wear being general use along the edge with some mild imperfections and light surface scratches and nicks / dings. Maker stamped at the base of the blade. The cross guard has dark surface patina throughout, and a stamped with a Swiss cross proof stamp. The pommel has similar dark surface patina throughout, and the wood grips are excellent. Comes with an original scabbard that is “P” stamped at the mouth and is in great overall condition. No dents, but some light patina throughout as shown.
