4/27/23 – This is a very nice example of an Enfield SHT LE III* rifle manufactured by BSA and issued to the British military in 1918. The gun is all matching. The stock is numbered just behind the front barrel band and matching. The metal parts have retained about 94% of their finish with general high edge wear and wear around the muzzle. While there is not much actual finish loss, there is very light freckling on most of the metal parts. Some spots of discoloration here and there. There is no major damage to the wood, but there is noticeable bruising and scratching throughout. Mint bore. Comes with a canvas sling.
