4/19/23 – This is an excellent example of a mismatched P.38 put together from parts. The slide and barrel were made by Spreewerk and date to April of 1943 – “Eagle 88” proofed. The frame was made by Walther and is “Eagle 359” proofed. The gun has retained about 97% of its finish with very minor thinning on the front strap and very minor muzzle wear. Fitted with very nice blackish-brown bakelite grips. Comes with an “Eagle 359” marked Walther magazine. Excellent, shiny bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional.
