3/2/23 – This is a minty example of a Remington Rand Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1945. It is “United States Property” marked, has the proper cross-canon military cartouche, and has the correct “FJA” inspector initials. “F” marked Flannery barrel. The slide and frame are both Remington, but they are slightly different colors, so we believe they have been mated. Both have original finish. There is virtually no actual finish loss on this gun, just a few very light surface scuffs here and there. Fitted with excellent period-correct reddish plastic grips and comes with one magazine. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
