2/7/23 – This is an original WW2 US M8 Pyrotechnic Signal Flare Pistol by SWC. These were used mainly in WW2 aircraft for downed pilots and survival / signal situations during the war. This example is in very good condition with some surface patina and natural aging throughout the exterior. There’s no rust or pitting however, and no mechanical issues. The base of the grip is “P” proofed, and the right side of the frame is maker stamped as shown.
