1/19/23 – This is an excellent example of a rare Walther Mod HP sold in the commercial market in the 1940’s. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle N” proofs. The proof on the right side of the slide is factory double-stamped. The gun has retained about 96-97% of its original high polish finish. The bluing on the slide has a really nice plum tint to it. There is very minor wear around the muzzle and around the high edges of the slide. Some tiny scratches on the right side of the slide and some light scratchy wear on the front strap. Fitted with an excellent set of “Eagle 359” military proofed grips and comes with an un-marked magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
