12/13/22 – This is an original 1944 production High Power holster from WW2. The interior leather is maker stamped “hlv” with a “44” date stamp underneath. The waffen proof likely wore out of the leather and as a result is no longer visible. The leather has normal pliability and some areas of black dye loss, leaving the holster looking two-toned throughout. There’s typical surface wear and wrinkling but no major issues. The back belt loop appears to have old re-stitching, but the rest of the stitching appears original and is in great condition.
