11/30/22 – This is an excellent 1941 dated Luger holster from WW2. The holster has strong, firm leather and all original stitching. The holster exterior has some mild surface wear and fading of the black ink throughout, but has minimal pliability and crisply struck stamps on the back leather. The back leather is maker stamped, waffen proofed, dated, and P.08 stamped as shown. There is some wrinkling on the back leather but this is mild surface wear. The interior leather has been dyed black by a previous owner (the biggest setback for this piece). The stitching is tight and without issue. A highly desirable wartime production P.08 holster.
