11/28/22 – This is a beautiful example of DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. Chambered in .30 Luger. It is all matching, lacks a date on the chamber, and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. There is a “Germany” export proof on the back of the frame, indicating it was intended for sale in the international commercial market. It comes as a rig with a really nice tan leather holster, one period-correct commercial magazine, and one Swiss magazine with a brown plastic bottom. The gun itself has retained about 98% of its bluing with just hints of wear on the side plate and the very front edges of the side rails. Most of the straw finish is intact on the small parts. Comes with minty un-numbered wood grips. The bore is mint.
