11/21/22 – This is a minty example of a Nambu Type 94 issued to the Japanese military in June of 1941. It is all matching and comes as a rig with a period-correct holster and two matching-numbered magazines. One of the magazines is original to the gun, and the other was period re-numbered at a Japanese arsenal to match the gun. The holster has the remnants of its original shoulder strap, but most of it is missing. The side flap of the holster is missing most of its stitching. The gun itself has retained almost all of its original finish. There are just hints of wear around the muzzle and on some of the high edges. Some minor dulling and pin-pricking on both grip straps. Comes with very nice period-correct black bakelite grips. The bore is shiny with strong rifling, but there are a couple of small areas of minor pin-pricking.
