11/18/22 – This is a very example of a Swiss Schmidt Rubin K11 Rifle issued to the Swiss Army in the 1928. The K11 is identical to the previous 1911 model in every way except it was shortened. This one is all matching except for the rear sight and has a small import mark on the barrel. The stock is not numbered but has a Swiss proof on the right side of the butt stock. The gun has retained roughly 70% of its original bluing with areas of wear around the muzzle, on the underside of the trigger guard, and obvious thinning along the receiver. Some very light scratches here and there. There is no major damage to the stock, but there is obvious bruising on the butt stock. Mint bore.
