11/8/22 – This is an excellent example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in January of 1945. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 88” military acceptance proofs throughout. This one also has a late-war cog-style hammer. It has retained about 96% of its original finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. Some spotty discoloration at the back of the slide on both sides. Minor thinning on the front strap. Comes with excellent blackish-brown bakelite grips and a period-correct jvd magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
