10/19/22 – This is an original AKAH Walther PPK holster from WW2. The holster is an earlier wartime example made with brown leather, and then was painted with black dye on the front of the holster, as part of Hitler’s order to have all military issued and worn holsters be black. Most of this black dye has worn off over time, but there’s still a clear distinction between the front and back leather. The leather is in great condition overall with normal pliability and typical signs of use, but no excessive wear or damage. Clean interior leather. No stitching issues. AKAH stamped under the closure strap.
