9/8/22 – This is a nice example of a Czech CZ Model 52 pistol manufactured in 1953. It is all matching and bares an import mark on the right side of the slide. The military-issued examples were usually parkerized. Many were arsenal-reblued in the 1970’s as is likely the case with this one. It comes as a rig with a pigskin leather holster, cleaning rod, and two parkerized magazines. The gun itself has retained roughly 80% of its finish. There is minor thinning and areas of splotchy discoloration throughout. Some minor pin-pricking on the grip straps. Comes with nice brown bakelite grips – some light scratches here and there. The bore has decent rifling, but there is noticeable pitting in the grooves.
