6/7/22 – This is an original WW2 production Everitt Trench Fighting Knife. These are fairly rare US issued fighting knives believed to be used in the Pacific theatre during WW2. There is very limited information on who “Everitt” was and where these were made, adding to the mystery and allure of these blades. They feature black painted blades and green painted hilts. The hilt is 5 inches long with the Everitt name at the base of the knuckles. The paint is in great shape throughout. No rust or pitting. The blade shows no signs of sharpening. Comes with an original leather scabbard that has no markings or stamps.
