6/7/22 – This is an excellent example of an early Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in April of 1931. It is all matching and comes as a rig with a period-correct holster and one original matching magazine. There is a partial label of an original ammo box inside the pouch. The stitching on the flap of the pouch is starting to separate. The gun has retained about 98% of its original finish. There is very little actual finish loss, but there are small dots of oxidation throughout and some pin-pricking on both grip straps. Comes with very nice matching hand-numbered grips – there is an additional number written on the left grip panel. Excellent shiny bore with some light freckling throughout.
