5/6/22 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1940. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 655” Nazi military proofs. It has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original finish. There is noticeable splotchy finish loss along the barrel, minor wear on the high edges in general, and light somewhat scratchy wear on the grip straps. Minor thinning on the top of the receiver. Comes with excellent matching-numbered wood grips and a mismatched period-correct magazine. The bore has strong rifling with very minor freckling in the grooves.
