4/12/22 – This is a minty Colt M1903 officer’s pistol that was presumably sent to the UK as part of the lend-lease program during World War II. It has 99% of the parkerized finish remaining, with U.S. Property marking on right side frame, and crossed cannons cartouche on left. Mint bore, looks nearly unfired. British proofs on right side of slide, frame and barrel. Box is hand numbered on the bottom and matching to the pistol, and includes cleaning rod and manual.
