4/13/22 – This is an excellent Swedish Husqvarna M40 pistol and holster from the 1940s. It has about 97% of the original blue with just a little bit of high edge wear from the holster. Excellent bore, doesn’t look like it’s been fired much at all. Rear of frame is Crown/S.S. marked. The holster shows notable flaking/deterioration and verdigris, and some of those substances are in the checkering of the grip panels. It would likely clean up well with a toothbrush and a little oil. Import mark on frame.
