3/29/22 – This is an excellent example of a Pre-WW2 German JGA Wehrsportkarabiner training rifle. it is all matching and has a stacked JGA crest on the receiver. This one has a bayonet lug comes with an original cleaning rod. Overall, the metal parts are minty, retaining almost all of their original high polish finish. There is minor wear around the muzzle, some tiny dots of oxidation on the barrel, receiver, and floor plate, and a small area of spotty discoloration on the trigger assembly. Spotty brown patina on the butt plate. The front barrel band is a different color than the rest of the gun. There are a couple of hairline cracks in the butt stock and a few tiny chips where the butt stock meets the butt plate. Some areas with minor bruising throughout. The hand guard is a little loose. Very nice bore.
