1/3/23 – This is a RBD (German railway police) belt and buckle from WW2. The buckle is in excellent condition with some very minor edge wear on the front. The reverse is maker stamped by Assmann, DRGM stamped, and “40” stamped. The black leather belt is also in excellent condition. The leather is strong and clean with normal pliability. No areas of weakness and no stitching issues. The only takeaway is the fastening hook is missing from one end.
