3/25/22 – This is a nice example of a Beretta Model 1934 issued to the Italian military in 1937. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Crown RE” Italian military proof on the left side of the tang. The gun has retained a little less than half of its original finish. The majority of the finish loss is on the slide, where there is almost no bluing left. There are also areas of pitting along both sides of the slide. There is light scratchy wear on both sides of the frame and brown patina / dulling on both grip straps. Comes with a set of period-correct black bakelite grips and one proper magazine. On both the grips, there are spots where it looks like they have been lightly sanded. The bore has good rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout.
