4/11/22 – This is a near-mint example of a rare Zero Series Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. This one also has a rare FN-made slide which means the slide was made in Belgium. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 88” military proofs and Zero Series proofs (right side of the slide). The gun has retained virtually all of its bluing. Comes with excellent period-correct grips and an “Eagle 88” marked Spreewerk magazine. The bore is stone-mint. De-cocker is not functional. Correct and excellent Spreewerk grips The serial on the slide is OVER the blue, which is correct for this variation and indicates that the gun was not re-blued or Russian dipped. A rare variation for the advanced P.38 collector.
