4/8/22 – This is a nice Smith & Wesson Pre-37 Chief’s Special Airweight in an original box. The pistol is matching and original with most of the war on the cylinder, and another spot of bluing loss on the trigger guard. Excellent, shiny bore. Original, matching grips in excellent condition. Good, smooth mechanics. Nice case-hardening on the trigger and hammer. The box isn’t serialized but is labeled and marked for a 38 CHIEFS SPECIAL AIRWEIGHT with 2in barrel and blued finish. C&R eligible.
