3/11/22 – This is an original Colt Detective Special revolver from 1952 with factory nickel finish. The listing includes a Colt archive letter that states the gun was shipped to a sporting goods store in July of 1952 with nickel finish. The gun is in excellent condition, but has some patina on the rear grip strap, and a small spot of flaking near the muzzle. Excellent bore and grips. Comes with a grip extender and small leather holster.
