2/23/22 – This is a beautiful example of a Mauser P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1944. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Waffen 135” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. There is virtually no actual finish loss on the gun, but we believe it has been “dipped”, likely done after the war. In any case, the finish is beautiful. It comes with a set of period-correct grips and a proper Mauser magazine. The bore is excellent with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional. The magazine sticks a little bit when coming in and out, but everything does work properly.
