2/18/22 – This is a nicely restored DWM Artillery Luger from 1917 that was issued to the German military. It has matching numbers throughout, including the grips and magazine. The magazine is force matched, and the grips are oddly numbered twice on each panel. One set of numbering appears correct on each panel, and then an additional, larger ’67’ was added. Our best guess is this was done by whoever force matched the magazine and they didn’t see the original numbering. The bluing is excellent throughout but was professionally restored. There is a scratch on the sideplate but otherwise the guns in great shape. Bore is shiny with strong rifling.
