2/8/22 – This is an excellent example of an FN Browning Model 1905 rig likely manufactured in the early 1930’s. The gun is all matching and has the proper Belgian proofs. It comes with a generic period-correct leather holster and one proper magazine. There is a light crack on the top flap of the holster and what looks like a glued repair on the toe. The gun has retained about 96-97% of its bluing. Most of the finish loss is on the left side of the slide, where there wear is mostly scratchy and concentrated around the high edges. A couple of small spots of wear on the right side of the slide. Some light freckling on both grip straps. Comes with nice peirod-correct grips that are mostly worn. Very nice bore with good rifling.
