2/4/22 – This is an original Army Colt 1911A1 from 1943 with matching numbered slide. The parkerized finish is fairly nice overall but there are various areas of pitting along the top and left sides of the slide, and another patch on the right side of the frame. Original Colt barrel with small ‘F’ under lug. Strong bore with signs of use but no pitting. Nice grips with a rack number painted on the left panel. ‘S’ marked magazine.
