1/26/22 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi military in 1938. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 63” Nazi military acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide. The gun has retained roughly 80-85% of its original finish. Most of the finish loss is on the grip straps, where there is also spotty oxidation. There is minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Some minor thinning and a few tiny handling marks on the barrel. Comes with un-numbered wood grips (small chip in the left panel) and a mismatched but period-correct magazine. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
