1/19/22 – This is a 1942 dated holster for a Mauser HSC or Sauer 38h. The holster is waffen stamped, maker stamped, and date stamped under the closure strap. The interior leather has no markings or stamps that we can see. We’ve seen this style before with Sauer and Mauser 7.65mm pistols. The leather is wrinkled and has surface wear throughout the closure strap and top leather. There’s normal aging and pliability. There’s a small crack in the leather and about 3 stitches missing along the left side of the holster, but this doesn’t affect functionality. Price reduced accordingly.
