12/3/21 – This is a rare, early Nazi Walther P.38 from 1940. It’s a third variation example of the Zero Series pistols, one of about ~10,220 produced. It’s all matching and original, including the grips. The high-polish blue rates at about 92-93% with standard high edge wear, but most of the bluing loss on the right side of the slide. Strong, shiny bore. Small parts are E/359 proofed throughout. Original Zero Series grips that are matching numbered to the pistol. Good mechanics, including de-cocker. The magazine is a later, unnumbered Walther example. NOTE: There’s only one magazine included with this listing, not two as shown in photos.
