12/1/21 – This is an excellent example of an Inland M1 Carbine issued to the US military between September 1943 – January 1944. A full parts list with markings is included with the photographs. Overall, it is in excellent condition, retaining most of its parkerized finish. The bolt is blued. There are some light scratches here and there on the barrel and some pitting on the front sight. The stock has a cross-canon military cartouche on the right side and a “P” proof on the wrist. There are just very minor dings and bruises here and there. The gun has an adjustable rear sight, most likely added later. Comes with one period-correct magazine. The bore is near-mint – shiny with very strong rifling.
