11/30/21 – This is an original German M35 style helmet made from lightweight Vulkanfiber metal. These helmets were lightweight and cheaper to produce than other M35 helmets, so the Germans used them for formal use and parade / dress use. The helmet has no exterior decals and minimal exterior paint loss. The interior is clean with a nice leather liner and original chin strap in tact. The interior shell is faintly stamped “89 AE”.
